摘要 <p>An embodiment of the present invention relates to a non-coherent high speed BPSK demodulation method and a configuration of a circuit thereof. Provided may be a low power non-coherent high speed binary phase shift keying demodulation circuit for bio-transplantation comprising: a digital conversion part for converting an upper side band signal and a lower side band signal separated from a modulated differential signal into an in-phase and an opposed-phase digital signal, respectively; a signal delaying part for delaying the in-phase and the opposed-phase digital signal in the lower side band; a phase sensing part for sensing a phase change of the in-phase and the opposed-phase digital signal in the upper side band and a delayed lower side band; a first clock part for generating a symbol edge signal used as a detection signal for data detection using a pulse signal generated when a digital signal phase change appears; a carrier recovering part for recovering a frequency component of a carrier by using a primary synchronous signal primarily synchronized by inputting the in-phase digital signal in the delayed lower side band and inputting the symbol edge signal, and the in-phase digital signal in the delayed lower side band; a second clock part for generating a data clock for synchronizing data by using the frequency component of the carrier and the symbol edge signal; and a data demodulating part for synchronizing the primary synchronous signal according to the data clock and demodulating the digital data.</p>
