OIL IN WATER SOLID COSMETICS COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THEREOF

The present invention relates to an OW solid cosmetic composition comprising 0.1-5 parts by weight of a gelation high molecule, 1-40 parts by weight of oil, and residual water based on 100 parts by weight of the total composition, and a method for preparing the same comprising: 1) a water surface region producing step of producing a water surface region by heating at 60-80°C after adding a gelation high molecule and other water soluble compositions into purified water; 2) an oil surface region producing step of producing an oil surface region by heating at 60-80°C after mixing oil with inorganic powder, oil absorbent powder, and surfactant as necessary; 3) a mixture producing step of mixing while adding the oil surface region into the water surface region; and 4) a cooling step of cooling after a container is filled with the mixture. The present invention may obtain an OW solid cosmetic composition in a hydro-gel form with improved emulsification stability, and effectively transmitting moisture and a water soluble skin active ingredient to the skin by using the OW solid cosmetic composition and the method for preparing the same.
