PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded coil in which a surplus region of a mold resin portion does not occur, the amount of resin required for insert molding can be reduced, occurrence of voids, and flooding caused by cracking due to difference in the coefficient of linear expansion between a magnetic frame and the mold resin can be prevented effectively, electrical short circuit, corrosion and the like, do not occur, and heat dissipation is enhanced, and which can function as a molded coil reliably.SOLUTION: A space 92 is formed between a coil molding 90 and an upper magnetic frame 44, by forming a mold resin portion so that a rib 91 protrudes from the side peripheral part of a bobbin assembly 32 to an upper magnetic frame 44. |
