PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated core sheet laminate plate capable, even in a case where a resin material is provided as a core sheet or liner sheet or where an air-permeable sheet such as a non-woven fabric, meshy material, etc. are provided as the same, of executing a corrugated sheet lamination work through a series of steps.SOLUTION: A core sheet 11 is nipped in-between an upper cogged roll 21 and a lower cogged roll 31 so as to process the former into a corrugated core sheet 12, whereas the corrugated core sheet 12 discharged from the gap of the upper cogged roll 21 and lower cogged roll 31 is not only contacted, along the discharging direction thereof, with the inner side of a sheet guide component 41 positioned on the outer side of the lower cogged roll 31 but also turned around, via the inner circumference of the same, toward the lower cogged roll 31 so as to form a corrugated core sheet laminate plate 15 by laminating the corrugated core sheet 12 and a first liner sheet 13 in-between the lower cogged roll 31 and a first laminate roll 61. |
