PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve effect of suppressing fluctuation in power supplied from a dispersion type power source to a power system.SOLUTION: An output leveling system 10 of a dispersion type power source includes a chargeable/dischargeable power storage device 11 connected to a power line 3 connecting a dispersion type power source 2 and a power system 4 together, and a power storage-related load 13 connected to the power line 3. The output leveling system 10 performs leveling of output of the dispersion type power source 2 by charge/discharge control of the power storage device 11 and output control of the power storage-related load 13. The output leveling system 10 of the dispersion type power source further includes: a system control part 15 which sets a charge/discharge instruction for controlling charge/discharge of the power storage device 11, and sets a load control instruction for reducing a surplus of fluctuation in output of the dispersion type power source 2 which cannot be absorbed by the charge/discharge control of the power storage device 11 by the charge/discharge instruction, by using the output control of the power storage-related load 13; a charge/discharge control part 12 for controlling charge/discharge of the power storage device 11 on the basis of the charge/discharge instruction; and a load control part 14 for controlling the power storage-related load 13 on the basis of the load control instruction. |
