FIELD: heating.SUBSTANCE: in a control method of fuel pulse supply in baking and heat-treatment furnaces with frequency-pulse-width modulation of two-position fuel supply to burners, which is coordinated with current level of heat load, a current pulse repetition period of fuel supply is determined from the following ratio: ?T=K(T)·q·(1-q)·T, where ?T - set temperature variation amplitude in working space of the furnace, [°C], K(T) - amplification coefficient of a linear system (furnace) depending on temperature, [°C/s], q=?/T- relative duration of pulse (burner actuation), ?- pulse duration (burner actuation), [s], T- current pulse repetition period of fuel supply, [s]. Current duration of fuel supply interval of each burner is set by breaking the current pulse repetition period of fuel supply into equal intervals, the number of which is equal to the number of burners. Burner actuation sequence is performed by comparing the current pulse duration of actuation of each burner with current duration of fuel supply interval of each burner and intervals following after it till completion of the current fuel supply pulse repetition period.EFFECT: improving heating efficiency and quality of different materials and items owing to creating a uniform temperature field in working space of the furnace with elimination of pressure surges and instantaneous response by the change in sequence of actuation of burners to heat load change.4 cl |
