FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an additive for reducing viscosity of a polymer solution, which includes: A. carboxylic acid, B. an alcohol, C. a salt selected from a group consisting of an alkali metal salt, an alkali-earth metal salt, an ammonium salt and a mixture thereof, and E. optionally water.
