FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of carbon blocks used in production of aluminium by electrolysis. Plant furnace comprises partitions wherein circulate carbon block drying gases and heating ramps (21, 22, 23) spinning relative to furnace and equipped with burners or fuel nozzles. Gas circulation lines (24) are arranged along said partition between air blowing post (20) and gas suction post (12). At detection of even partial partition shutoff, this method allows the following operations. a) Registration for every has circulation line of magnitudes of at least one measured parameter of indicated below: temperature, pressure, flow rate, oxygen and carbon monoxide concentrations. b) Analysis of the magnitude of at least one factor of measured parameters. c) Comparison of said factor with appropriate reference value. d) Output of signal on operation fault in case the result of aforesaid comparison does not comply with preset criteria of safe operation.EFFECT: higher safety.21 cl, 15 dwg |
