FIELD: radio engineering, communication.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication. The invention discloses methods and devices for enabling a wireless communication device to access wireless communication services when crossing over between multiple wireless communication networks. The technical result is achieved by storing multiple electronic subscriber identification modules (eSIM), that are distinct for networks of different operators, and switching between said modules. By loading the suitable eSIM, a user terminal performs authentication at the selected operator instead of switching to roaming. During roaming operations, the user terminal loads one or more previously stored eSIM. Selection of an eSIM can be performed manually by the user or automatically by the user terminal based on given conditions.EFFECT: enabling wireless communication devices to communicate everywhere, including in networks using such technologies as GSM and CDMA.22 cl, 6 dwg |
