FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: device determines current and voltage on terminals of a storage battery; uses their values to assess the values on terminals of the storage battery based on a pre-determined accumulator model; and identifies subsequently the accumulator model parameter so that difference between the value based on the value of voltage measurement on terminals and the assessed value of voltage on terminals converges to zero.
