摘要 FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of livestock and dairy production, and is designed to detect antibiotic residues in milk. The method is claimed with use of the claimed system and the method for calibrating this system. The system comprises milk flow channels and thermostatted parallel milk flow channels. The channels comprise oxygen sensors integrated with different enzymes and one without the enzyme. The system also comprises means for separating the non-standard milk and a hydrolysis device located between the milk flow channel and the parallel milk flow channels, and biosensors. The hydrolysis device comprises means for hydrolysis of lactose to obtain the desired equal concentrations of glucose and galactose in each test sample of milk. Each biosensor is integrated with different enzyme that catalyses the oxidation of glucose and galactose by molecular dissolved oxygen. The catalytic activity of the said enzymes increases or decreases in the presence of antibiotics.EFFECT: amount of said enzyme is sufficient for generating reduction of transition phase of oxygen concentration which is measured with a predetermined accuracy prior to the analysed milk is mixed with high quality milk.8 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
