FIELD: instrumentation.SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises measurement the spacing between two parts displaced in one direction along article controlled thread axis. Note here that first part is displaced by screwing it on the screw standard thread, said screw being arranged coaxially with controlled thread axis. Note also that standard thread pitch equals that of controlled thread. Second part is displaced over controlled thread by screwing it in controlled internal thread.
