FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for more complete assessment of the oxidative modification of proteins (OMP) and analysis of the ratio of the aldehyde dinitrophenylhydrazones (ADNPH) and ketone-dinitrophenylhydrazones (KDNPH) of the basic and neutral character in plasma and blood cells as well as in animal tissues to determine the degree of manifestation and the stage of oxidative stress. The method is based on the fact that the OMP spectrum is divided into individual geometric shapes that represent rectangular trapeze.
