FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: proposed reeler includes supports of longitudinal and transversal movement. On the supports, following devices are located: driving and bearing mandrels, feed track and stitcher with heated free-wheeling roller. In the mandrels holder is fixed. The stitcher is made as two articulated C-shaped clamps. The first clamp covers roller along generatix. The second clamp covers roller in diametrical direction. The second clamp is installed on support with possibility to move along axis of roller or holder. Constant position of stitching roller point of contact with holder via winded band and roller turning relative to this point when band laying on the holder angle is changed are provided.EFFECT: possibility of winded material compacting starting from edge of the first band layer.2 cl, 5 dwg |
