FIELD: printing.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cartridge for toner with a locking mechanism. The claimed invention relates to a cartridge for toner with a locking mechanism which comprises a housing having an upper lid and intended for placement of the developer in it, at that the mechanism for locking and disengagement, intended for fixing the cartridge with toner in the image forming unit is mounted on the housing; the locking mechanism comprises a handle attached on the hinge to the upper lid, a tooth chisel fixedly connected to the handle, a locking lever which can perform the reciprocating motion, and a torsion spring serving for automatic return of the handle to its initial position; a tooth rack coming into engagement with the tooth chisel is mounted on the locking lever. In addition, the handle is brought into position approximate to the upper lid under the action of the torque force of the torsion spring, providing a locking state, at that the tooth chisel is in engagement with the tooth rack and pushes the locking lever out of the upper lid so as it can fix the cartridge for toner; and when the handle moves into position for disengagement by overcoming the torque force of the torsion spring due to the external force action, the tooth chisel and the tooth rack are driven in such a way that they retract the locking lever into the upper lid and release the cartridge for toner. Disengagement and fixation can be carried out only due to the pulling force of the human hand and return to its initial position by the torsion spring.EFFECT: operation is significantly simplified, and thus the technical problem of complexity of the operation of fixing and disengagement is solved, which is typical for the known cartridges for toner with a locking mechanism.6 cl, 6 dwg |
