The invention relates to a method for the preparation of bioactive substances complex with diuretic and anti-inflammatory activity by multiple extraction of plat raw material with hot water followed by combination of filtered extracts, evaporation, deposition with ethyl alcohol and drying of filtered precipitation, wherein gallant soldier herb (Galinsoga parviflora Cav.) is used as a plant raw material. The extraction is carried out three times at constant temperature of 85-90 °C for one hour, wherein first extraction is carried out at ratio of raw material:extractant as 1:12, second and third extraction is carried out at ratio of 1:10, and combined extract is concentrated up to 1/10 of initial volume and precipitated with fourfold amount of ethyl alcohol. |
