The invention relates to systems of centralized heat supply for buildings and constructions. Individual heat point has heat exchanger (11) between the central heat line and the construction, tank-accumulator (4) connected in the upper section to the heat exchanger and mixing unit (6) at the inlet to the building, and to electric boiler (3). At the outlet from the building mixing unit (10) is installed as well. The inlet of the electric boiler is connected to the lower section of the tank-accumulator through a pump (5). The output of the electric boiler is connected to the inlet of the tank-accumulator. The mixing units (6 and 10) provide control of flow of heat carrier that comes to the building through heat exchanger (11) and/or through a tank-accumulator (4). Hearting of heat carrier in the tank-accumulator is performed at validity of night tariff for electricity. Besides that, additional heating of heat carrier is possible at its not enough temperature in centralized system. The invention promotes increase of economy and power effectiveness of heat supply. |
