The present invention relates to a virtualization server for transmitting a control command to a playback terminal, wherein the virtualization server comprises a server agent for receiving an execution request of an application program form the playback terminal and virtualization middleware for executing the application program in response to the received execution request and generating a control command corresponding to a situation when the situation requesting the operation control of the playback terminal occurs at the executed application program. The server agent transmits the generated control command to the playback terminal and the operations of the server agent and the virtualization middleware are implemented on a virtualization machine included in the virtualization server.
