The present invention relates to a portable waste-water-treatment device using activated electrons and ions, and, more specifically, relates to a portable waste-water-treatment device using activated electrons and ions whereby not only it is possible to improve waste water treatment efficiency by using a magnetic field to uniformly mix the waste water with activated electrons and ions, but it is also possible to clean waste water more quickly because the device is adapted to be carriable by a worker and is straightforwardly connected to an existing waste-water storage tank or waste-water flow tube without the need to newly provide any other cleaning device. |
