Cosmetic or dermatological composition comprises, in a support, (a) at least one oil phase, (b) at least one merocyanine compounds (I), and (c) at least one lipophilic benzotriazole UV filter, where the composition contains less than 2 wt.% of cyclohexasiloxane. Cosmetic or dermatological composition comprises, in a support, (a) at least one oil phase, (b) at least one merocyanine compounds of formula (I) and their E/E or E/Z geometrical isomer forms, and (c) at least one lipophilic benzotriazole UV filter, where the composition contains less than 2 wt.% of cyclohexasiloxane.
