The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing tea of which the main ingredient is the roots of Kudzu-vine. The method includes: a step of cleaning and drying a mixture of medicinal herbs which contains 50 wt% of Kudzu-vine, 31 wt% of Artemisia herb, 9 wt% of pine needles, 3 wt% of mulberry leaves, 3 wt% of portulaca, 2 wt% of licorice, and 2 wt% of Schisandra chinensis; a step of putting the prepared mixture of the medicinal herbs and 20 liters of purified water into a container and heating the container for 24 hours at a temperature of 50 to 72°C to infuse the medicinal herbs; a step of putting the medicinal herb water in which the medicinal properties of the medicinal herbs are infused into a concentrator, heating the medicinal herb water for five hours at a temperature of 150°C, and letting the water vapor out through a sealed pipe and allowing a coolant to flow in from surrounding tanks, to produce firstly condensed and concentrated medicinal herb extract; a step of filtering the firstly condensed and concentrated medicinal herb extract through a filter to secondarily condense and concentrate the medicinal herb extract; and a step of diluting the medicinal herb extract with drinking water at a ratio of 1 to 10 to produce tea which is good for relieving hangovers. By manufacturing easily-drinkable tea by diluting medicinal herb extract which is produced by mixing the roots of Kudzu-vine, the main ingredient, with other medicinal herbs and concentrating the mixture with water, the present invention is able to help relieve the hazardous effects of alcohol and detoxify other pollutants and toxic ingredients as well as alleviating hangovers. Also, by making the extract into powder, it is applicable to various areas requiring deodorization. |
