<p>The present invention relates to a continuous spinning method for manufacturing a thread consisting of an assembly of continuous filaments, including the following sequential steps: a) electrospinning, through a first die comprising a series of tubular elements, a first series of polymeric filaments, and electrospinning, through a second die which comprises a series of tubular elements and which is subjected to a polarization voltage different from that to which the first die is subjected, a second series of polymeric filaments, the two series of tubular elements being arranged and oriented such that the two series of filaments outputted from the tubular elements are joined and combined together; and b) continuously recovering and drawing the thread formed by the assembly of the two series of filaments which are attracted to each other due to the polarities thereof, wherein the tubular elements of each of the dies are oriented in parallel in a substantially horizontal direction, and the outlets of the tubular elements of each die are arranged in a plane which extends perpendicularly to the direction of the tubular elements. The invention also relates to the threads that can be produced by such a method, as well as to a device for implementing such a method.</p> |
