Disclosed are Uracil or Thymine derivatives of formula (I-L0). Examples of a compounds of formula (I) are: N-(6-(3-tert-butyl-5-(2,4-dioxotetrahydropyrimidin-1(2H)-yl)-2-methoxyphenyl)naphthalen-2-yl) methanesulfonamide; N-(6-(3-tert-butyl-5-(2,4-dioxo-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-1(2H)-yl)-2-methoxyphenyl)naphthalen-2-yl)methanesulfonamide; and N-(6-(3-tert-butyl-5-(2,4-dioxo-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-1(2H)-yl)-2-methoxyphenyl)quinolin-2-yl)methanesulfonamide. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound of formula (I-L0); the use of a compound of formula (I-L0) in the manufacture of a medicament; and the process of making compounds of formula (I-L0) and the starting compound (where R6 of (I-L0) is halo). The medicament is useful in the treatment of Hepatitis C virus.
