<p>The device has three rubber bands (1, 2, 2a) of which two of the rubber bands are parallel and assembled at a single point, where the other rubber band is perpendicular to the parallel rubber bands. The rubber bands are adjustable according to a circular process of assembly, where ends of the parallel rubber bands are connected with elastic ribbons. The parallel rubber bands surround a flexible tobacco pouch in a transverse direction and maintain the tobacco pouch in a closed position.</p> |
