A method for producing a sour-milk drink includes accepting raw material, normalization, homogenization, pasteurization, inoculation and fermentation, agitating and cooling, introduction of fillers, agitating and prepacking the product. As a filler a phyto-composition is used of extracts of leaves of lime, raspberry and black currant in the ratio 1:1:0.5 respectively and in the amount 2-5 % of end drink weight. |
