The present invention relates to a secondary battery comprising: an electrode assembly including a cathode plate, an anode plate, and a cavity formed by winding a separator inserted in-between, and extending in an axial direction; a center pin extending in the axial direction and inserted into the cavity; a can including an opening for accommodating the electrode assembly and the center pin inside; and a cap assembly for closing the opening, wherein the center pin includes a central part extending in the radial direction of the center pin, a first circumference part connected to the first end part of the central part and extending from the first end part toward a second end part that is opposite to the first end part, and a second circumference part connected to the first end part of the central part and extending from the first end part toward the second end part in a direction opposite to the first circumference part. |
