A pilot burner device for a lance burner consists of a mixed gas supply pipe in which a supplying portion is formed in an upper part and a connecting portion is formed on both sides; a connection hole which is connected to communicate with the connection portion of the mixed gas supply pipe; a fixed pipe which is connected to the connection hole to communicate with; a flexible tube which connects one end portion to the connection hole by a clamp; a hollow metal pipe which is connected with the other end of the flexible tube by the clamp; a gas moving nozzle portion which is installed to move mixed gas between the metal pipe and the flexible tube; a high-voltage cable which is provided to be penetrated inside the metal pipe from the mixed gas supply pipe; and a rotator in which a screw groove is arranged and formed around the outer circumference.
