The present invention relates to an anti-wrinkle composition comprising amarogentin and, more specifically, to a composition for eliminating and preventing skin wrinkles which comprises amarogentin having an effect of not only promoting the synthesis of collagen type I and the synthesis of TIMP-1 of a skin cell, but also increasing the expression of laminin 5 and promoting the synthesis of PAI-1 as an active ingredient.
