The present disclosure relates to a semiconductor device structure which includes: a disk fixing table which includes a disk fixing region on which a semiconductor device structure disk with an encapsulant is located and a guide rod which is upwardly extended from the outside of the disk fixing region; a forming plate which is arranged with the disk fixing table through a guide hole included to correspond to the guide rod and a forming unit which is formed on the location facing the disk fixing region in an arrangement and forms the semiconductor device structure disk on the encapsulant side by pushing the semiconductor device structure disk; and a grip which pressurizes the forming plate to the disk fixing table side and maintains the arrangement of the forming plate and the disk fixing table.
