The present invention relates to an apparatus for inspecting an underground pipe. The apparatus for inspecting an underground pipe comprises: a cylindrical main body which includes a front connecting loop and a back connecting loop, and is connected from the front side to the back side; a sound navigation and ranging (SONAR) which is embedded in the front side of the main body; a wheel assembly aiming to maintain a distance from the inner surface of an underground pipe and prevent damage to the main body, and including multiple supports whose one end is detachably combined with the left and right sides on the outer circumferential surface at the front and back sides of the main body respectively and which have a fixed length, and multiple wheels which are detachably combined with the other end of the multiple supports respectively. Therefore, when the level of sewage inside the underground pipe is full or low, the apparatus for inspecting an underground pipe can increase the convenience and efficiency of inspections by being positioned at the central part of the underground pipe all the time. In addition, the apparatus for inspecting an underground pipe can prevent the main body thereof from being damaged or destroyed by a contact with the inner surface of the pipe.
