The present invention relates to an eggshell crusher which is precisely molded from a stainless material to reduce the number of debris of broken eggs during an eggshell breaking process. More specifically, a support is formed on the top of a base plate; a containing part including a containing groove, which has a deep center part and is slightly inclined toward the outside, on the top of the support; and a blade for breaking eggshells is formed in an upright position in the containing groove. The eggshell crusher is characterized in that the eggshell crusher is precisely molded from the stainless material and is integrally formed. The eggshell crusher can easily bisect an eggshell by opening a portion of the eggshell broken by the breaking blade. The eggshell crusher can be hygienically and safely sterilized at high temperatures. |
