<p>The block has a concrete block and terra cotta or concrete block associated with the insulating block by using tenons (1) and mortises. Insulating parts of the insulating block are attached together by keys. A groove is provided in a lower part of the insulating block and a projecting part is provided in an upper part of the insulating block to assure fitment of the insulating block with a preceding block. A concrete part comprises a notch to facilitate distribution of the concrete during the casting.</p>
