Provided is a silicone-organic resin composite laminate having excellent dimensional stability by low thermal expansion, excellent mechanical properties, excellent heat resistance and light resistance, and suitable for an LED mounting board corresponding to high luminance of an LED. The silicone-organic resin composite laminate includes an organic resin layer having inorganic fiber cloth in which a thermosetting organic resin is impregnated; a laminate in which a silicon resin layer having the inorganic fiber cloth in which a curable silicone resin is impregnated is each laminated in one or more layers; and a metal foil laminated on the top surface and the bottom surface of the laminate.
