The device (1) has a case (10) with a ring for removable fixing of a syringe body (4). A carriage (20) is moved in translation with regard to the case. A motorized unit such as electrical motor (29), drives the carriage in translation with regard to the case. The motorized unit is arranged for pushing a piston (5) inside the body of the syringe so as to allow a medicamentous solution present in the body of the syringe to have a pressure that is higher than resistance of elastic strain of a pocket such as infusor (2) when the body and the piston of the syringe are connected to the pocket.
