Emulsion of hydrocarbon binder comprising a dispersion of the hydrocarbon binder in an aqueous phase, comprises: hydrocarbon binder (20-80 (preferably 55-70) wt.%); a surfactant composition (0.01-15 wt.%) comprising at least 45 wt.% of a mono- and/or di-fatty acid esters of glycerol, and mono-, di- and/or tri-fatty acid ester of polyglycerol, non-functionalized with amino acid; a co-surfactant (0-10 wt.%); and water. An independent claim is included for a material for realizing a layers and/or road construction coatings and/or civil engineering, comprising the emulsion of hydrocarbon binder (3-15 wt.%) and a granulate (80-96 wt.%). |
