A method of restoration of worn surfaces of turnouts consists in tjhat the worn surface is cleaned, heated, surfaced by electric arc method, then cooled and subjected to machining. A magnetic grip is secured on the area of location of the worn surface. Surfacing is carried out in a predetermined automatic periodic transverse reciprocating movement of a welding device. The process is controlled by a modular unit of microprocessor control with digital signal processing that supports the specified mode. |
