摘要 A method for the prediction of dangerous seismic events involves measurement of parameters of dynamics of change of the level of amplitude of cumulative spectrum of waves of micro-seismic vibrations and operates in automated software-computer complex, at that the automatic software complexes for calculation of the parameters of dangerous seismic effects continuously obtain through internet information on micro-seismic waves from all three channels of each international seismic station of prediction group, with automatic separation of information by each channel separately, with calculation of spectral Fourier transform in the frequency range related to maximal level of micro-seismic vibrations at given time at observation of time process of development of dangerous seismic effects, the range is set in configuration file of operation of the software complex, with storage of the results of calculation in separate place connected to each channel of international seismic station, with bringing calculated temporary value of cumulative spectrum to other separate place for each channel of the station for its collection respectively to the maximal values set in configuration file of start values of parameters for mathematical calculations at start of all the parts of the software complex where by means of the automated system of data base of collected real earthquakes analysis of change of the level of the values of cumulative spectrum for each channel of international seismic station is carried out, and by means of analysis of calculation time of manifestation of real earthquake is determined.
