Disclosed is a semi-submersible maritime structure. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the semi-submersible comprises at least one pontoon floating on sea; a platform floating on the sea by the pontoons; and multiple columns for connecting the pontoons with the platform. The semi-submersible maritime structure also has a first anti-wave device, arranged between each column prepared along the length direction of the pontoons while being arranged in air gaps between the bottom surface of the platform and the sea surface, to absorb or offset waves applied to the bottom surface of the platform. The first anti-wave device has separately arranged multiple shielding plates, and openings formed in between the respective shielding plates.
