The support (1) has a dielectric substrate (2) e.g. organic polymeric substrate and glass substrate, on which an electrically conductive polymer ink (3) is provided to form conducting tracks between connection positions of LEDs (D). The substrate is made of polycarbonate or PVC. The substrate is transparent with light. The conducting tracks include a resistive material deposit for adjusting a resistance of the tracks. The tracks are covered with a metalized layer. The support is covered with a protection varnish.
