<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic/magnesium alloy joined body and a manufacturing method thereof, and also to obtain ceramics having a great strength even if made into a small and thin component for such as portable electronic equipment or a component for a time piece.SOLUTION: To ceramic, a magnesium alloy is heated in an inert atmosphere up to 420°C or higher, and is directly joined to the oxidized ceramic utilizing the oxidation power of the magnesium.</p> |
