PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of dew condensation on a hand rail and a top face door of a case body in a cold air circulation type flat showcase, and to improve cold insulation property and energy-saving effect.SOLUTION: In a flat showcase in which a cooling unit 4 is disposed by defining a cold air circulation passage 3 between top face-opened outer box 1 and inner box 2, a cold air suction port 3b communicating with a cold air circulation passage 3, is opened on a side wall upper end portion of the inner box 2 in a state of being opposed to a cold air supply port, and cold air curtain A is blown out to a top face side of the inner box 2 to keep commodities 6 in a cold state, an opening position of the cold air suction port 3b is set to a height position over upper and lower ranges across a commodity load line LL defined in the showcase, a cross section of a suction grille 5 disposed on the cold air suction port 3b is made to have a crank shape and a cold air suction hole 5b is opened on its vertical plate face 5a, and further a vertical plate face 5a of the suction grille 5 is disposed on a position more retracted to a cold air circulation passage side, from the side wall of the inner box 2. |
