PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an HTLV-I specific CD4T cell-inducing active peptide having an inducing activity of HTLV-I specific CD4T cells, an HTLV-I specific CTL inductive action enhancer containing the peptide, and an HTLV-I specific immune response-inducing vaccine and a diagnostic agent for immunological function test using them.SOLUTION: There is provided an HTLV-I specific CD4T cell-inducing activity peptide consisting of any of a specific amino acid sequence, an amino acid sequence consisting of 14-30 continuous amino acids in a specific amino acid sequence or an amino acid sequence made by binding the amino acid sequence and an amino acid sequence of an HTLV-I specific CTL-inducing activity peptide, and an amino acid sequence which has an identity of 80% or more to the above amino acid sequence, or in which one to some amino acids are deleted, substituted or added, wherein a peptide consisting of the amino acid sequence has HTLV-I specific CD4T cell-inducing activity. |
