PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weeder which can achieve efficient weeding and can be easily maintained.SOLUTION: A weeder 1 includes: a support frame part 8; a rotary weeding part 17 journaled to the support frame part 8; and a cover 25 for covering the outer peripheral side of the rotary weeding part 17. The rotary weeding part 17 includes: a rotary shaft 18 rotated at the drive of a driving source 15; and a plurality of wedding part bodies 19 disposed along the axial direction of the rotary shaft 18. Each of the weeding part bodies 19 has a plurality of pulling pieces 21 which are disposed substantially radially along the circumferential direction of the rotary shaft 18 to pull out the weed when the rotary shaft 18 is rotated. The cover 25 includes: an upper side part 26 covering the upside of the rotary weeding part 17; and a lower side part 27 covering the lower side of the rotary weeding part 17. The lower side part 27 is provided with a slit 27 for downwardly projecting a part of the pulling pieces 21 of the weeding part bodies 19. In the slit 28, the opening width dimension is set a little larger than the thickness dimension of the pulling piece 21. |
