PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat characteristic estimation device capable of estimating room temperature while reflecting a room heat characteristic on the basis of measured outdoor temperature without performing a computer simulation.SOLUTION: A heat characteristic estimation device 10 comprises: a storage 13; an evaluation section 15; a prediction expression generation section 16; a prediction transition acquisition section 17; and a room temperature estimation section 18. The evaluation section 15 calculates a time difference in which a correlation coefficient between the room temperature data and the outdoor temperature data is the maximum by making a relative transition between the date and hour when the room temperature is measured and the date and hour when the outdoor temperature is measured by using the data of the room temperature and the outdoor temperature on the date of a predetermined extraction date stored in the storage 13. The prediction expression generation section 16 generates a prediction expression representing a relationship between the room temperature data including the time difference and the outdoor temperature data. The room temperature estimation section 18 calculates the outdoor temperature at the interest date and hour on the basis of the transition of the outdoor temperature acquired by the prediction transition acquisition section 17 and estimates the room temperature by applying the calculated outdoor temperature and the time difference to the prediction expression. |
