PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel and a display device which are combined with the other components so as to be surely applicable for a game machine.SOLUTION: A display panel includes: an array substrate 210; a counter substrate; and at least one sealing material 260. The array substrate 210 has a first through-hole 212, and includes a plurality of pixel cells 214, a plurality of scanning lines 218 and a plurality of data lines 216. The scanning lines 218 are electrically connected to the pixel cells 214. The data lines 216 cross the scanning lines 218, and are electrically connected to the corresponding pixel cells 214. The counter substrate is installed so as to face the array substrate 210, and has a second through-hole 252. The sealing material 260 is interposed between the array substrate 210 and the counter substrate, and has a third through-hole 262. An opening is formed of the first through-hole 212, the second through-hole 252 and the third through-hole 262. |
