PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic program transmission system which can easily add a material transmission device without taking time in additional repair of a program and to provide a program transmission control method.SOLUTION: Material transmission devices CG are category-classified to machinery in the same types to which same switch control procedures are applied such as a P system of a video server, an N system of a net terminal and a C system of an advertisement bank. The material transmission device which is not installed is listed in a device information database Q as a virtual material transmission device to which identification information is allocated by a consecutive number at every category. A port number of a switcher 7 to be a connection destination is allocated to the virtual material transmission device having the youngest identification number when the device is actually installed and it is registered in the device information database Q as the active material transmission device CG controlled by an event control program. |
