PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize charging depending on a user's degree of interest in actual viewing, regarding the same video advertisement.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: advertisement transmission means that transmits an advertisement which is video with audio to a terminal; on/off determination means that determines whether reproduction of the audio is turned on or off, regarding reproduction of the advertisement on the terminal; and charging means that, when it is determined that reproduction of the audio is turned on, performs advertisement charging of an amount of money different from that when it is not determined that reproduction of the audio is turned on. |
