<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trouble shooting method of injection molding machines, which can allow an operator to cope with troubles precisely and smoothly (quickly) even when the operator is unfamiliar with an operation of a controller of the injection molding machine.SOLUTION: The trouble shooting method of injection molding machines comprises the steps of: creating acquisition condition data Di including a condition for acquiring operation signal data Dd of the injection molding machine M, which data corresponds to trouble information Dt to be concerned with the trouble received from a user, from the controller 3 of the injection molding machine M by using a data processing means 2 having at the least a function of diagnosing troubles in a technical center; sending the created acquisition condition data Di to a communication terminal 5 of the user by a communication means 4; making the controller 3 read the acquisition condition data Di; acquiring the operation signal data Dd on the basis of the acquisition condition data Di; and sending the acquired operation signal data Dd to a communication terminal 6 in the technical center by the communication means 4.</p> |
