<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic spring improved so that height of a stopper can be adjusted when air is supplied and exhausted to a diaphragm more simply than conventional art.SOLUTION: A pneumatic spring comprises an upper support part 1 on a vehicle body side, a lower support part 2 on a carriage side, and a rubber diaphragm 3. Stopper means S for restraining excessive downward movement of the upper support part 1 by bringing an upper stop member 5 into contact with a lower stop member 15 when an upward and downward compression amount of the diaphragm 3 reaches a predetermined value K, are equipped. The pneumatic spring is provided with a height adjusting device 12 for setting adjustment of a compression amount by varying a height position of the lower stop member 15, and an operation mechanism 13 for performing operation to vary the height position of the lower stop member 15 outside the diaphragm 3. A cylindrical elastic part b with a laminate rubber structure is interposed between upper and lower parts, the lower support part 2 and a pedestal 4 on the carriage side. The height adjusting device 12 is arranged so that it is dropped to a hollow portion of the elastic part b.</p> |
