<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric hybrid substrate having high flexibility of design and excellent in versatility.SOLUTION: A photoelectric hybrid substrate 2 includes: a substrate 5; and an optical waveguide 3 that has at least core parts 34a-34c arranged in the substrate 5 and transmitting light, clad parts 35a-35d provided so as to surround the core parts 34a-34c, and a connection surface 31 positioned at a tip and capable of being optically connected to an optical fiber assembly 8. Also, the substrate 5 comprises: a through hole 6 penetrating in a thickness direction of the substrate 5, and the optical fiber assembly 8 has a relief part entering so as not to interfere with the substrate 5 when connected to the connection surface 31.</p> |
